7.1 Termination by Client: You may terminate the agreement at any time by providing written notice. You will be responsible for payment of all work completed up to the date of termination.

7.2 Termination by Company: We may terminate the agreement if you fail to make timely payments or breach any term of this agreement. You will be responsible for payment of all work completed up to the date of termination.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 No Liability for Loss: We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our Service.

8.2 Maximum Liability: Our maximum liability under this agreement will not exceed the total fees paid by you.

9. Dispute Resolution
