Hi, I'm Layla.Five years in ecommerce taught me how people actually move through a website, what makes them stay, what makes them leave, what makes them book. That's not a guess for me, it's experience. I design with the full user journey in mind, then build it myself, so nothing gets lost between the idea and the final site.
I'm in flow when I'm designing, and the whole point of In the Flow Designs is helping you stay in yours. You work with me, start to finish, no handoffs, no guessing who's actually building your site.

Every project starts with a conversation. I want to understand your practice, your people, and what you actually need your website to do before a single design decision is made.
From there I build a homepage wireframe in Figma for your approval, so you can see the direction before we commit to it. Then design, then build. You are involved at every stage without being overwhelmed by it.
When we launch, I walk you through everything. You leave knowing how your site works and feeling confident managing it yourself.
One project at a time. That is not a limitation, it is intentional. It means when I am working on your site, I am actually working on your site.
Intentionality
Every design decision has a reason behind it. Nothing is added because it looked nice somewhere else.
Clarity
A website should be easy to navigate and easy to understand. If someone has to think too hard about what you offer or how to book, something is wrong.
Craft
I care about the details. The spacing, the typography, the way a page feels to scroll through. These things matter more than most people realise.
Honesty
I will tell you if something is not working, if a timeline is tight, or if a feature is not worth the effort. You deserve a straight answer.
In the Flow is not just a nice phrase. I enter a state of flow when I am designing and building, that deep focus where the work comes easily and everything clicks.
The whole point is that while I am in mine, you get to stay in yours. Less time wrestling with your website, more time doing the work you are actually here to do.
